Having access to fresh fruits, vegetables and produce is important for individual and community health. Farmers markets benefit our communities by helping neighborhoods gain access to an enticing array of produce, fresh and in season. Not only does it provide a fun experience and place to connect with others from the community, you get to buy directly from local farmers, bakers, artisans and vendors.
