Founded in 2000, Caribbean Superior aims to make guests feel like they are on an island in Jamaica. The restaurant serves everything from Salt Mackerel, Ackee and Saltfish and ground provisions to Fry Dumplings and Escovitch. There are also a variety of soups that include chicken fish, conch, crawfish and crowfoot.
