D.C.-based CJR Development Partners and Miami-based Atlantic Pacific Communities have partnered to deliver “Addison Park”, a new mixed-use development along Old Central Avenue in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
Both developers recently won final entitlements for $94 million to fund the development. The project is part of Prince George’s County’s Blue Line Corridor Plan.
Addison Park will include two senior living buildings totaling 293 units, 56 townhomes and 4,000 sq. ft. of renovated space for Mission of Love Charities Inc., a nonprofit that assists homeless and low-income households.
The first phase of the project is expected this April or May, according to the Washington Business Journal.
