Big Gay Jam at Denizens Brewing Co.

Riot Grrrls and Bois Pride Party at Streetcar 82 Brewing Co.

Trolley Trail Day & Pride Festival

One of the month’s major highlights, the annual Trolley Trail Day celebration features dedicated Pride walks kicking off along the Rhode Island Avenue Trolley Trail at 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM, stopping by neighborhood favorites like Melrose Skate Park, Franklins, and The Spot. The walks culminate in an afternoon Pride Festival at Driskell Park, sponsored by the Hyattsville Elementary PTA.

Hyattsville Pride Potluck & Block Party

The waterfront is keeping the celebration going all month long. While the annual Pride Walk kicked things off on June 7, visitors can still enjoy waterfront views next to The Capital Wheel, which will be illuminated in vibrant rainbow colors every night of the month. - Bobby’s Angels Drag Brunch: On Sunday, June 14 (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM), Bobby McKey’s Dueling Piano Bar will host the ultimate drag experience. Led by popular local performer Charlemagne Chateau, the high-energy afternoon promises exceptional talent, music, and an unforgettable party atmosphere.

City of Mount Rainier Pride Parade & Celebration

- Where: Downtown Mount Rainier
Later in the month, downtown Mount Rainier will host its official city-wide Pride Parade. Expect a vibrant, joyful procession through the streets showcasing local organizations, followed immediately by a community festival featuring local vendors, activities, and family-friendly entertainment.
PGCMLS 5th Annual Rainbow Festival

- Where: South Bowie Branch Library
The Prince George’s County Memorial Library System (PGCMLS) is hosting its signature all-ages, all-day Pride celebration.- A salsa and bachata dance class presented by Rumba Queer
- A dazzling lip-sync drag performance by Angelica Lize
- Local LGBTQ+ history presentations by the Rainbow History Project
